The invention of women's writing satisfied to a certain extent the psychological needs of local women to relieve their inner distress, and it was also an indispensable tool for them to record their thoughts and exchange information.

女书的发明在一定程度上满足了当地女性排遣内心苦闷的心理需要，也是她们记录思想，信息交流中不可缺少的工具。

On May 20, 2006, Jiangyong Women's calligraphy was approved to be included in the first national intangible cultural heritage list.

我是来自商学院大数据管理与应用B2201班的田楚悦。我向大家介绍的是当今世界上唯一存在性别的文字——江永女书。它是由江永妇女所创造的一种神秘的女性专用符号文字体系。其文字呈长菱形，笔画纤细均匀，似蚊似蚁，民间叫它作长脚蚁字或蚂蚁字。江永女书作为当地独属于女性的通讯秘语，充分展现了在封建时期男权社会环境中，女性努力为自我争取话语权，反抗忽视与压迫的主体意识和能动性。
